Create your own culinary memories by choosing a customized course. The Chef will organize a personalised cooking class adapted to your needs and interests.

For example: We offer a class on meat cuts and preparation, how to clean and filet a fish, Basic knives techniques, basic cooking technique, how to prepare sauces etc.  

If you have taken cooking lessons in the past, we can also offer a refresher class.

The cost for the ingredients is not included in the rate. However, upon request Cuisine Stories can provide a rate that includes the ingredient’s cost. You can provide your own ingredients or the Chef can buy them for you (in that case, the cost for the ingredients will be included in the rate). The Chef will arrive 30 min before starting to set up the class.

The basic rate option solo is 250$ (including taxes) for 1 participant for 1 class.

We offer as well the options duet, trio or family.

Decreasing rates are offer on class series.

The series will be schedule in advance on a shorter or longer period of time according to your needs and availabality.
